Travelxp was expanding from media and flights into a broader travel-commerce business. I worked across product, growth, supply, sales, and operations, progressing from Founder’s Office to Growth Lead.
New travel verticals faced fragmented supply, slow search, manual qualification, and limited sales bandwidth. The business needed scalable systems that could create demand, convert users, and support operations without proportional headcount growth.
I mapped bottlenecks across the funnel, prioritised high-leverage infrastructure and conversion improvements, negotiated supplier constraints, and designed social-led acquisition and AI-powered qualification systems around each product’s economics.
I launched the hotels vertical, onboarded 6–7 Tier-1 partners, improved search latency from 10 seconds to 2, built two new travel products, and deployed a multi-bot GenAI stack for discovery, qualification, and coordination.
The work drove ₹4L monthly revenue and ₹12L across initial trips, scaled subscriptions from zero to 3,000+, sustained 80% week-on-week booking growth, and reduced customer-response time from hours to near-instant.
Revenue products fail when demand, supply, operations, and conversion are treated separately. The strongest outcomes came from designing the entire system together and removing the constraint that limited the next stage of growth.
